New Energy Husum announces record exhibitor numbers -
All renewable energies at a glance

Over 220 exhibitors from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Spain, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, Korea, India, the USA and China and across the whole renewable energy sector will be presenting the latest products and developments for generating renewable electricity and heat. The main themes are: solar energy, bioenergy, geothermal energy, small wind turbines, electromobility, energy advice, energy-saving building, and financial advice.

More than 50 exhibitors from the small wind turbine sector and the four-day congress programme on all areas of small wind turbine use make this New Energy Husum the leading European trade fair for the small wind turbine industry.

Over 16,000 visitors from all over the world are expected at the fair in Husum.

1st World Summit on Small Wind Turbines

Anyone who wants to know about small wind turbines cannot miss either the New Energy Husum trade fair (18-21 March 2010) nor the 1st World Summit on Small Wind Turbines: With already over 50 confirmed exhibitors from the small wind turbine sector of eleven nations, and several lecture, discussion and presentation events on all four days of the fair, this year's New Energy has already become the world's leading small wind turbine event.

Husum is simultaneously hosting the first ever 1st World Summit on Small Wind Turbines on 18 and 19 March. The programme, developed in collaboration with the World Wind Energy Association, WWEA, and supported by the German Wind Energy Association, BWE, has set new benchmarks in several respects:
Leading experts from Egypt, Argentina, Belgium, China, Denmark, Germany, the United Kingdom, India, Mali, Spain and the USA will be presenting an overview of the use and potential of small wind turbines in each of these countries. High-calibre speakers will be talking about the status and importance of international standards as this technology spreads.
